Like a Skype reading, phone readings are particularly popular with people who have difficulty travelling or feel more comfortable within their own surroundings. If you are using a cell phone, it is important that you ensure you have an adequate signal. We cannot be responsible for loss of signal or a poor reception. We only use a land-line to ensure the quality and stability of the call on our end.

If you are using a cell phone, please ensure the phone is charged and has enough talk-time for the duration of the reading.

Any disruptions to the call due to your phone or signal will not qualify for a refund.

What happens if I have to cancel?

No problem. If you cancel 24 hours ahead of time, the reading will be refunded in full. You must cancel at least 1 day before the reading to get a refund.
